We’d Love Your Support
Athletes in Overalls is building a first-of-its-kind resource and research platform dedicated to the physical and emotional well-being of farmers, fishers, and other labor-intensive workers. By combining injury prevention education, movement tools, and worker-centered research, we aim to reduce chronic pain, prevent workplace injuries, and strengthen healthier work cultures in industries that sustain our food systems and communities.
Athletes in Overalls Resource Library
Athletes in Overalls is building a practical, accessible resource library designed specifically for farmers, fishers, and other physically demanding workers.
These workers are true athletes — lifting, carrying, bending, climbing, and enduring long days in difficult conditions. Yet most injury prevention and health resources are not built for their realities.
This library will provide:
Movement and stretching routines tailored by occupation
Injury prevention tools that fit into real workdays
Education that improves work culture and long-term well-being
Our goal is simple: help physical laborers stay healthy, supported, and able to do the work that sustains our communities.
Examples include:
Agriculture & Farming Movement Series
